NINETY is an independent football apparel storefront offering inspired kits, training layers, and terrace essentials. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially licensed by any football club, league, federation, or brand named or shown in product titles, imagery, or descriptions.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and able to enter a binding contract to place an order. If you allow a minor to use a device you control, you remain responsible for that use.

Checkout requires a registered account. Keep your login details confidential and tell us quickly if you suspect unauthorized access. Information you provide must be accurate and up to date. You may not sell, transfer, or license your account. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms or that we reasonably believe pose a fraud or security risk.

We work to show products clearly. Colors, texture, and fit can still differ slightly from what you see on screen because of manufacturing variation and display settings. We do not guarantee that any product will match every expectation formed from photos alone. Descriptions, prices, and availability may change until an order is confirmed. We may discontinue products or limit quantities by customer, region, or order.

Where name and number personalization is offered, it is applied to fan-style apparel and does not imply official player or club licensing.

Submitting an order is an offer to buy. We may accept, decline, change, or cancel an order (in whole or in part) for reasons including stock limits, pricing or listing errors, payment failure, suspected fraud, or shipping restrictions. An order is accepted only when we confirm it after payment is successfully processed. If we cancel after you have paid, we refund the amount paid for the cancelled items.

Review your order carefully before paying. After acceptance we may be unable to cancel. Purchases are for personal or household use, not commercial resale or export, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Returns and exchanges follow our Returns & Refunds Policy only.

The price charged is the price shown at checkout when you place the order, as confirmed in your order email. Posted prices may exclude taxes, shipping, handling, and import charges unless we say otherwise. Shipping is calculated under our Shipping Policy.

Payment is processed securely through our payment partner (PayPal). By completing checkout you authorize the charge for the full order total. You confirm that payment details you use are valid and that you are authorized to use them. Promo codes and coupons follow their own rules and may be withdrawn at any time. If a promotion conflicts with these Terms, the promotion terms apply for that offer.

Delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees. We are not responsible for carrier delays, customs holds, or events outside our control. Risk of loss passes when the carrier records delivery (or when we hand goods to the carrier, where local law requires). Full detail is in our Shipping Policy.

Eligible returns, non-returnable items (including most personalized pieces), and refund timing are described in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Design, text, graphics, logos, software, and other materials on the Service belong to NINETY or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial shopping only. You may not copy, scrape, redistribute, or commercially exploit our content without prior written consent.

Club names, crests, and trademarks remain the property of their owners and appear only for descriptive or fan-inspired context.

If you send ideas, reviews, or other feedback, you grant NINETY a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display that content to operate and improve the Service. Do not submit content you do not have rights to, or that is unlawful, abusive, or infringing. We may remove feedback that violates these Terms.

The Service may include optional tools or links operated by third parties (for example payment or social login). Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party sites or tools you choose to use.

Occasionally listings may contain pricing, description, or availability mistakes. We may correct errors and cancel or adjust affected orders, including after submission, and will notify you using the contact details on the order when we do.

Use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not interfere with security or availability, harvest data with bots or scrapers, place fraudulent orders, spam, impersonate others, upload malware, or otherwise misuse the platform. We may suspend or terminate access for violations without prior notice.

The Service and products are provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, NINETY disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access. Nothing in these Terms removes rights that cannot be limited under consumer protection law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NINETY and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

You agree to defend and hold NINETY harmless from claims and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of law or third-party rights, to the extent allowed where you live.

We may end or restrict your access to the Service at any time if you breach these Terms or create risk for us or other customers. Sections that by nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits, and privacy) continue after termination.

If a provision is found unenforceable, the rest of the Terms remain in effect. Failure to enforce a right is not a waiver. These Terms, plus the policies linked from them, are the entire agreement between you and NINETY for the Service. You may not assign your rights without our consent; we may assign ours.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where NINETY operates its storefront, without regard to conflict-of-law rules that would require another jurisdiction’s law, except where mandatory consumer law in your country says otherwise.

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Material changes may also be flagged by email or on-site notice. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
